I spend over $120 here every week. The attitude in the meat department has consistently been poor, so I usually avoid talking to the staff whenever possible. However, what happened today was beyond frustrating and made me extremely angry. I bought a rack of ribs, and staff member A at the meat counter asked whether I wanted it cut. I said yes. He then asked how large I wanted the pieces, and I said I would like them cut as small as possible. He mocked me and said, “Are you sure you want them very small? I can cut them extremely tiny.” I replied, “You didn’t really give me any options like 3 cm or 2 cm pieces — I just want them a bit smaller.” At that moment, another employee, staff member B, said to A in Mandarin with a heavy northern accent: “What can you do with someone who can’t even understand human language?” （这种听不懂人话的，你说怎么办？）I was furious and asked him, “What do you mean by that? Is this the proper way to treat a customer?” He arrogantly replied, “It means next time you should send someone else from your family to shop here.” I was so upset that I immediately asked for the female manager. I’ve been going to Jmart for a while now, and it’s easily one of the cleaner and more organized Asian grocery stores in the Queens and Long Island area. The layout is well thought out, everything is easy to find, and the store is consistently well stocked with a wide variety of products. One of the biggest advantages of this location is the parking. Compared to their Flushing location, which can get extremely crowded, I’ve found that if you go during off-peak hours, parking is usually easy and stress-free. That alone makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The store itself is spacious and organized, which makes shopping much more enjoyable. From fresh produce to seafood and specialty items, everything feels well maintained and properly arranged. Other shoppers also mention that Jmart locations are known for having a good selection and convenient parking, which definitely matches my experience.  Overall, this is my go-to spot when I want a more relaxed and efficient grocery run without dealing with the chaos of busier locations. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, well-organized Asian supermarket with solid parking.

This is a very interesting but reasonable supermarket that caters to Oriental cuisine. Very large selection of live fish. I cant say im going to order the jelly fish but it's available. Great selection of produce! Ill be back!

A very wide selection of produce, seafood, frozen food, dairy, eggs and dry foods. There were a ton of different egg and dairy options. This store has a lot of frozen dumplings, some of which they were serving as free samples (yum!) This place has a parking lot so quite convenient. I’ll definitely go again. They had good prices on grapes but the blueberries were ridiculously expensive so I didn’t buy.
